‘Boil and bite’: How does it work?
Once you have received the mouth-piece, place it in a container filled with hot water.The hot water will soften the mouth piece. Once you’ve done that, remove SleepPro 1 from the hot water. Wear the mouth piece once it has cooled down slightly and bite into it with your lower jaw projected forward (slightly). The mouth-piece will harden as it cools, retaining the outline of your jaw. Repeat this process a few times and the mouth-piece will eventually take the shape of your teeth for a comfortable fit.
You will only need to do the moulding process once! Easy-to-follow instructions will be included in the package.
