What do I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within a week of its expected arrival time, please email us by clicking here or leave a voice message (24 hours a day 365 days a year) on this UK telephone number: +44 (0) 1962 761 831 (or +44-870-429-2093 from outside the UK).

Please be sure to give us your telephone number and to confirm your postal address including your post code.

If it looks like your order has gone missing in the post, we will despatch another straight away.

Delivery time: we normally despatch orders within 1-2 working days.

Many customers email us to tell us how pleased they are to have received their order within two days. However, at certain times we may take longer to despatch items.

We always despatch goods within 28 days as laid down in government guidelines (note we normally despatch same day or next day).

Postage times are normally 1-5 working days in the UK, 2-10 working days in continental Europe and the rest of the world 4-14 working days.

At Christmas and New Year it can take a week longer for items to arrive.
