Refund and cancellation policy

Your Right To Cancel

Under The (British) Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or email clearly stating your full details including order date and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order. Please include a short note explaining why you chose to return the goods. 

Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods, even if they are “used”, to us at your expense to the address below.

For unused SleepPro 1’s, we will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs incurred by us, normally credit card transaction fees, postage and packing.

For used goods, we will refund you half the amount paid for a SleepPro 1, if you notify us within seven days of receipt of goods. 

For a SleepPro 2, the following policy applies: a SleepPro 2 should last at least one year in the absence of excessive teeth grinding. In the event of you needing to replace your SleepPro 2, we shall credit the replacement cost as follows. Given the mouthpiece should have lasted at least 12 months, if it lasts 11 months, then we credit 1/12 of the original cost against the cost of the replacement. If it lasts 10 months, then we credit 2/12 of the original cost and so on to six months where we credit half the amount paid. If you need to replace your SleepPro 2 prior to that, then it will be replaced or repaired at no charge to you, once you have returned it to the laboratory for inspection. If there is excessive teeth grinding, or other signs of out-of-the-ordinary wear and tear, then the above policy does not apply.

Credits apply to the 12 month period from the first purchase date and do not apply to replacement mouthpieces.
